Messenger- Sirius energy. Bringing harmony and balance.

You’re part of the lineage of souls who have dedicated their lifetimes to the upliftment of the planet. To returning time and again to seed the light. The crystalline ones. The ones who are here to plant the sacredness of life back in. To honor both the sacred feminine and masculine. To usher deep reverence back in.

Many Ascended Masters are thought to be connected to the energy of Sirius. Often appearing as a shade of blue, they hold the frequency of pure love and are here to help the masculine and feminine exist in harmony. To ensure greater balance. To help us see that we’re all connected and that the masculine and feminine energies exist within us all.

You’re being called to bring about this balance and harmony between the masculine and feminine. To be a guardian of harmony and balance on Earth. Think of the whales traveling around the globe, sharing love through their healing, vibrational song. Their unique notes send balance and harmony to every corner of the planet.

A rebalancing of the masculine and feminine is occurring worldwide. It’s a resurgence of the sacred man and woman. A returning of the sacred union. A rekindling of heaven and Earth. You can begin to bring harmony and balance by creating it in your own life – the ripples will flow from there. You can honor and balance the sacred masculine and feminine energies within yourself and others.

Reset& Rebalance

With the potent energies of today’s New Moon Solar Eclipse leading into the Solstice Gateway on 12/21/20 where astrologicaly we will experience the Saturn, Jupiter Conjunction in Aquarius. (An astrological event that marks a new cycle that hasn’t happened in 200 years). This influx of energy is helping to clear out the old, allow for major transformation to bring in the new.

The message that is coming in loud and clear for me today is Reset and Rebalance. This message came through in March of this year as well and is circling back around which seems to be a theme lately. Old memories rising, thought patterns, feelings and emotions. Instead of fighting them which leads to resistance, I’ve learned to lean in, allow, surrender and as my sister from Intent Space and her beautiful membership group, Alchemy + Gold, has taught me, is instead of trying to push them away and force letting go (which can lead to a lot of frustration), how can we shift and soften into these areas of our lives that may feel uncomfortable to shape change.

Here is the message I am being asked to share again.

As we all have a major opportunity to recalibrate by resting when we can, resetting our priorities and to receive this collective reboot as a necessary part of the upgrade process. Think of Conciousness like the motherboard of all computers and within all human beings we have been programmed with information that now has our system crashing.

It’s time for a major reboot, update. Wipe the slate clean and to clear out space for the necessary wisdom and Universal truth to flow in alignment with what our soul knows as truth.

We are not just in a virus crisis but in a spiritual crisis. We have lost our way but now we are being routed back on track. As part of this process, that is rapidly happening at an increased level, some of our discs (chakras/emotional centers) may need some more attention. In order to move up and raise our vibration it is necessary to begin at the bottom and work our way up to clean out the debris of stagnant energy. On each floor we are met with old traumas things that sometimes we buried that it is now time to be released.

Even old Karmic energy and ties to the past, past lives, old soul contracts/agreements, things that will not serve on the New Earth are being released and broken down. Our Higher Selves know exactly what is needed at this time to embody our sovereignty. We are entering in to a reality where anything is possible, where science fiction movies come to life and the new normal is like nothing our logical minds can imagine. The new story will feel magical, mystical and beautiful.

I was told this morning to recite the following as a mantra:
“I embody my Sovereign Divinity here and now. In this moment it is done. All is well.” Keep smiling, stay within your circle of light and shine bright Dear Children. I love you, I love you, I love you.

Staying Balanced/Grounded (1st chakra: Root Chakra)

We have many chakras within our body and in our subtle energy bodies as well. The seven main chakras, when balanced will have us feeling great joy, empowerment, love for self and others, feel connected to each other, feel in flow, life can feel easier, synchronicities are easily spotted like the Universe is constantly connecting the dots for us and bringing forth what we need next at any given moment. Abundance in all areas of life is felt, our awareness is broadened, we can take moments to pause and not be so reactive, feel a sense of total wellbeing, whole and complete. We can breathe long deep breaths, feel relaxed, grounded, energized and just have the total mind, body, soul connection in perfect coherence.

Think of our seven main chakras like spinning wheels within the body and the spine is what connects them all (the central location/ central nervous system). Imagine a tube of water of light that encases the spine that is in the center of our being it drops into the earth and connects to the light at the core of the earth and goes through the body out through the crown of our heads up above and connects to the light of the heavens to the source of all creation. This tube of light and the water that flows wants to be free flowing a constant, peaceful movement like a river. If we are out of balance it means the water is either stagnant, moving like a tidal wave, has a rock or boulder stuck blocking the water as if now a dam has been created that is about to blow because the pressure of the water has built up. The water needs to be constantly changing, moving because energy is constantly changing.

I never truly thought about how energy worked until the Universe began to show me how we are all energy, energetic beings. To many that have a difficult time understanding how can energy healing works? This is my attempt to try to explain it and our emotional centers, our chakra system in the simplest terms possible. We are made of mainly water, water being one of the greatest conduits for energy to flow. So I use a water analogy quite a bit. And if you compare our emotions to the storms, the stillness, the peace, the beauty of different bodies of water such as the ocean, lakes and rivers you can see how we are not different from nature but intertwined and very much part of what we see in nature and the cosmos every day. When a storm is brewing inside of us, we can also see how that is being played out in weather and what is taking place on a broader scale and going on collectively. There is so much that we know instinctively without having to go outside for our information because all our wisdom and greatest knowledge is within us.

Much of what I write is from experience, is my inner wisdom just working through me to get the messages out. To help others understand that there is not just a select few that can tap into this, we all can. Just sometimes we need to weed out the garbage first and allow our life force energy the chance to work through us to create the lives we always wanted, to feel free from fear and not let it get the best of us. We all have the capability to self heal and I have experienced this and witnessed it first hand. As an energy healer, I am not healing anyone I am just holding space as I witness God/Source heal and awaken your inner healer.

The Root Chakra is our first chakra (it’s our home base) at the base of our spine, the legs and feet. Our root chakra helps us to stay grounded, think of your self standing like a tree. If the trunk of the tree is rotting, weak and the roots are not well nourished the rest will not grow, it is not stable. The root is what gives us our stability, helps us feel safe, secure, a feeling of walking on stable ground. If we do not have a solid foundation than things can crumble literally and metaphorically in our being and in our life. Our root and lower chakras are where our family stuff resides. So if there are undealt with emotions, fears, insecurities, than unfortunately we can feel like the world is against us, have lack of trust in the outside world which really is lack of trust in ourselves. Fear and old negative family beliefs are running our lives. When you begin to strengthen your root chakra, the base and foundation of your being and your life with flourish like a well rooted and grounded tree.

When activated we can walk our talk, get on our life’s true purpose and path, create our own unique life experiences from a grounded place. So stay grounded, go outside walk barefoot in the grass, sit at the base of a tree, go into the ocean, play in the sand, take deep breaths and most importantly begin to take notice of the unwanted patterns that may stem from your families beliefs that perhaps they taught without knowing why (inherited unwanted family patterns) and if it doesn’t hold true to you then begin to create your own belief system, one that feels authentic to you. Write and journal your fears, insecurities, where your lack of self worth may stem from, old childhood wounds that you shoved deep, get rid of them.

Acknowledge they are there because most likely they are showing up in difficult ways whether you like it or not. Take time to meditate on them, use quiet time to breathe through these painful moments and memories. It can feel scary to face them but I have learned that if we don’t they will continue to show up in uncomfortable ways. When we make space for the pain, we can then release it so we are not constantly living in panic, fear and chaos (not knowing when it will show up). I meditate but realized recently that with intention during meditation I asked for my pain and sadness to show up in those moments during meditation so I could acknowledge them, allow them to surface at that time with the intention to let it go. This way I created the space for the pain so it wasn’t showing up during inconvenient times, like spending time with friends, at work in the middle of a meeting. Or out of the blue having panic attacks because again this part of us just wants acknowledgement and our bodies want us to be healthy, it wants us to heal and is trying to let us know now is the time. Isn’t it nice that you can actually make that time rather than it taking over you.

Meditation

A commitment to a meditation practice is the number one way of creating a positive shift in our lives. It will create balance in our mind, body and spirit. Gain and improved clarity, stability, health and an overall feeling of wellbeing. Over time you will notice as life happens you can stay calm in moments that you may before have reacted to. A feeling of positivity, more joy. There are many ways of meditating, deep breathing, mantras, breath work, yoga meditations, walking meditations, guided meditations, find the meditation that works for you, one that will keep you wanting to come back for more. And remember it’s like working a muscle it gets easier and the results are better over time (it’s the cumulative).

Remember not to be so hard on yourself in the beginning, just be aware that you have committed to self-care, to meditate and are trying your best, which is a step in the right direction. Begin with 5 minutes and know that you can meditate anywhere (even in the bathroom on the toilet if you have too…it’s you and your breathe…no need to get dressed up but if you like the ritual of lighting a candle, have a certain room or spot in your home that is perfect too). The energy you create in that area will be so beautiful because you are giving time to you, much needed time to yourself. So many people say it’s difficult to keep their mind quiet but that’s the thing you don’t have to, find good guided meditations or repeat in your mind on the in breath Inhale and on the out breathe Release. Simple, we make this way harder than it needs to be. Your soul will thank you and once you’ve been doing it for a while your outer world will reflect the calmness in your inner world.

Say Yes to Self-Care

Say yes to yourself and to mindful practices. 

The attached audio is in regards to saying yes to ourselves which in turn raises our vibe, allows us to choose love and it ripples out to all around us. During these uncertain times, what I can be certain of is how I choose to perceive life and what I choose to do to help my personal growth. Sometimes not always easy to be and stay joyful but when you have a daily mindful practice, you gain more clarity on what you will no longer tolerate, create space for yourself to bring more love into your life. Your practices will become your non-negotiables and you will gain a knowing that we never do this life alone, no longer having to just rely on your own strength. Through meditation, yoga, walks, prayer, moments of expressing gratitude, journaling and choosing to say yes to self care, the insight, mental clarity, stability, well-being and balance will be gained.
